Troubleshooting, subscriptions, family setup, and account help for BabyShift on iPhone and Android.

Email BabyShift support

For the fastest help: include your device type, app version, the screen you were using, and what you expected to happen. Please do not email passwords, invite codes, medication details, or private care notes.

Common questions

I cannot sign in

Confirm that you are using the same email address you used to create the account. Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen if needed.

I cannot create or join a family

One caregiver creates the family and shares the invite code. Codes expire, so generate a fresh code from Settings if the original no longer works.

Family data is not syncing

Check both internet connections and confirm each caregiver is signed into the intended BabyShift account. New offline logs may appear after the device reconnects.

I am not receiving notifications

Open BabyShift Settings and confirm Partner Alerts are on. Then verify notification permission in iOS Settings or Android Settings. Notifications also require an internet connection.

How do I manage Premium?

Start or restore Premium from Insights in BabyShift. Billing and cancellation are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase. Deleting BabyShift does not automatically cancel store billing.

How do I save a report?

Open the shift summary preview, then choose Share or Save. Saving requires permission to add the report image to your photo library.

How do I delete my account?

In BabyShift, open Settings → Account → Delete account. You can also review the full process on the account deletion page.
